四、抗体检测的确诊方法

ELISA虽然简单易得，但是ELISA应用于筛查检测时仍然会出现假阳性和假阴性的结果。那么用什么方法去作为ELISA方法的确诊方法呢？（以某个品牌的所谓进口试剂盒去评价其他ELISA试剂盒的方法是错误的）

根据OIE陆生动物手册，可以使用间接免疫荧光（indirect fluorescent antibody，IFA）、间接免疫酶（ indirect immunoperoxidase test ，IPT)）和免疫印迹（immunoblotting ，IB）的方法作为ELISA实验的确诊方法。
